If you still face any issue, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
For an exchange, customers must send the product back at their own shipping cost, and pay delivery charges again when we dispatch the new item.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

A standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies on all Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders across Pakistan.

Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.
