How to Place an Online Order?

Shopping online at Komfit by Faiza is simple and quick!

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and browse your favorite styles.
  2. Click on the item you like.
  3. Select your size and color, then click “Buy Now.”
  4. To add more products, click “Continue Shopping.”
  5. Once done, click “Next” and fill in your delivery details.
  6. Click “Confirm My Order.”
  7. Choose your preferred payment method, Cash on Delivery or Prepaid.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • After you place an order, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm details.
  • If we don’t receive a response within 3–5 days, your order may be automatically cancelled.
  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us directly.
  • Orders showing fraudulent activity or with a poor order history may be automatically cancelled.
  • We always appreciate if you share your reason for cancellation — it helps us improve your experience 

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase 💕

Before ordering, please:

  • Check the size chart carefully.
  • Read the fabric type and color details in the product description.
  • If you still face any issue, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • For an exchange, customers must send the product back at their own shipping cost, and pay delivery charges again when we dispatch the new item.

Order Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
  • Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays,  we’ll always keep you updated!

Can I Modify My Order?

Yes, you can modify your order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email within a few hours of placing it.

Can I Place an Order on WhatsApp or Call?

Yes, you can easily place your order via WhatsApp  for your convenience.
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Prepaid options

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel using our tracking page or courier website.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care with every order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, don’t worry!

You can:

  1. WhatsApp us within 24 hours with pictures of the issue.

  2. We’ll arrange an exchange or issue a voucher for your next purchase.
