  • We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. KOMFIT will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or failure to attend delivery calls.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of kidswear and hygiene concerns, we currently do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases where a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order via  whatsapp at 03236772451 with clear photos of the issue.
  • Approved exchange requests will only be processed if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
