What is the return policy?

If you still face any issue, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags andpackaging.
For an exchange, customers must send the product back at their own shipping cost, and pay delivery charges again when we dispatch the new item.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays — we’ll always keep you updated!

All Komfit by Faiza products are proudly designed and manufactured in Pakistan.
We work closely with skilled local tailors and fabric suppliers to ensure every piece meets our high standards of quality, comfort, and stitching excellence.
Each outfit is crafted with care, from fabric selection to finishing, so your little ones can enjoy premium quality at affordable prices.
How much does shipping cost?
A standard delivery fee of Rs. 250applies on all Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders across Pakistan.
Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.
We always aim to ensure safe and timely delivery of your parcel through trusted courier partners. 🚚
